My usual Yuletide spiel seems to apply: Thank you thank you thank you for writing me a story! Optional-details-are-optional, so feel free to ignore anything below. I will love anything involving characters from any of these books, so no worries.
I love gen, het, slash; any rating. Deathfic is okay though not preferred, but please no non-con; mention of it is fine but nothing on-screen. I prefer happy endings -- but you should write the story you want to write!
The Boxcar Children - Jessie Alden, John Carter
I asked for this for Yuletide! I would love to see Jessie as she grows up. A lot of Jessie's identity is being mother to her brothers and sister, and I think it would be interesting to see how that changes as they reach adulthood.
She has a schoolgirl crush on John Carter, and I'd love a story that explores whether that's something that's just a child's fantasy and how/whether it could work when she's grown up.
Oz - Princess Ozma
Ozma was raised as a boy and believed herself to be a boy. Even in a land without the same gender restraints as we have, that's still going to affect her. I'd love to see a fic exploring this.
Tintin - Any
Pretty much anything. I love this series to bits and have read all of them in French and English. I adore Calculus's crush on Castafiore, and I love her crush on Haddock, and I love the created family.
Chronicles of Narnia - Susan Pevensie
I never tire of "Problem of Susan" fics. It can be angsty and sad, but please give me some hope for her.
Sherlock Holmes - John Watson, Sherlock Holmes
As long as Watson and Holmes are book!Watson and Holmes and not adaptation!Watson and Holmes, I will thrilled.
The Egypt Game - April Hall, Toby Avillar
I totally shipped April and Toby even before I knew what shipping was. I'm not even kidding; I remember being eleven years old and hiding behind the furniture making up stories about them.
Vesper Holly - Vesper Holly
The inclusion of this fandom in the tagset convinced me to sign up for this fest. Anything about Vesper Holly being awesome will bring me the greatest joy.
