Fandom has taken over my life

zana16Aargh! Fandom has invaded my dreams! Last night I had a dream I was visiting ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
epicyclical. I do not know epicyclical. I just lurk in her journals and read her fic and stuff. But I know she does not live in the suburbs with lots of trees with her father, and her father does not look like that actor whose name I can't remember. The dream was about fanmail and her father yelling at us and at some point she suddenly became another slasher, but this time one I do know her so it wasn't as disturbing. Then the next part of the dream involved Snape, but I managed to conveniently forget exactly what happened when I woke up because I really don't want to know what my subconscious thinks about Snape.
In other fandom news, I have been siezed for several days by the notion that I should write Hogwarts: A History. Because I'd really like to read it and Isabella the Idiotic is just begging for a mention in it. I really hope that someone else has already done this, either writing it herself or compiling fans' entries, so I will not be obliged to put lots of time and energy into it. Cause Paris is hot and muggy and just not generally conductive to wanting to move at the moment. Perhaps if the heat goes down, I will actually get off my ass and learn how to set up a community so that people could contribute entries. But not now.
I did the fandom meme and LJ ate it, and I think I am relieved. But maybe I'll post it again later.
