Jul. 29th, 2011 07:22 pmYesterday I made Avacado Cucumber Mint Soup with the weedy lemon mint from the garden and substituting plain cream for sour cream since I didn't have five days to wait for it to sour. It is yummy! It had the added side benefits of causing
ambyr to make retching noises at me over the phone, because there is not a single ingredient in it that she can stomach, except perhaps the chicken stock.
