zana16...biting into a Gold Rush apple from the Farmers' Market after not being able to eat any for 3 months.
If I ever have an orchard, man. One third Pink Lady and two thirds Gold Rush -- and the Pink Ladies, though good, will mostly be there to remind me just how completely awesome Gold Rush apples are. Kind of like how I don't actually like walnuts in brownies, but the best brownies are the ones with walnuts because it sets off the delicious chocolatyness by contrast.
