I remember a few years ago they had disposable underwater cameras--I wonder if they still do? Cause I really can't afford a real one, but I soooo want pictures. *bounces contentedly*
Last year my inlaws got a disposable underwater one while they were in hawaii. the pictures weren't the greatest on earth (but they aren't the best at taking photos on land either) but it was pretty cool to see the actual fish and turtles and such they were telling stories about.
Well my dad's the photog in the family, so he'll take the stunning shots; I just want some reminders. He'll probably strongly disapprove of disposable cameras--he's nuts about camera equiptment, I'll bet he buys an underwater camera for this trip!
Yeah, I had one for my scuba adventures. They aren't the best because they don't have flash. my instructor had a waterproof cover for a digital camera as well as a real underwater camera equipped with a hand held flash. Needless to say, his pictures were fantastic. Enjoy yourself! So basically...yes they do have $6 ones. I got mine at CVS last spring.
Simultaneous calvin dances! It would be more than worth it. Have loads of fun, post those pictures! If you have to use disposable cameras, fine, but use *enough* 'cause there's almost always something awesome happening as soon as you run out of film.
