David: No, seriously, that was my homework!

Kearney: So we were rushing to get home cause we'd gotten lost, see, and we didn't want to get a slip for being late for dinner, and we stopped at this man's house and there was this dog, and then he gave us directions, and then we biked faster and we were going down this hill really really fast and there was gravel and I kept saying maybe we should slow down but we didn't want a slip, see, so we kept going fast even though we didn't have our helmets on--
Me: Wait, wait a sec. You weren't wearing your helmets?
Kearney: We took them off when we stopped at the man's house, with the dog, and then we were in a hurry so we didn't have time to put them back on, and--
Me: You were biking on a public road without a helmet?!
Kearney: ....we're gonna get slips for that, aren't we?
Kenta: *sniggers*
