Now, why is it that in the land of the free, with freedom of the press, I have to look for these facts on LJ and not reported on the news?

ETA: I am inestimably amused that Molly Ivins has referred to Bush as "You Know Who". Even if not intended, it is brilliant.

Bush as "You-Know-Who" is pretty apt considering Voldemort is "He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named." Or maybe I'm the only one who sees similarities between the two.
