Me 'n Emily just got into Edinborough today, after spending a week or so in Wales. I can't imagine why most guidebooks just pass Wales over; it's the most gorgeous landscape I've seen!

Emily says God lives in Wales, and she may be right. We have decided to buy some land and raise sheep, and kidnap Laura who will spin for us, and Laura and I will knit, and Emily will run a B&B, and we'll have pagan and/or gay conventions every once in awhile to spice things up. And we'll have kids and teach them lots of math and linguistics. You're alright with us planning the rest of your life, aren't you, Laura?

I'll write more about Wales later when I don't have to do work stuff. They want me to write up lesson plans. I'm on vacation, dammit! I can't even get my phone to work; how do you expect me to write lesson plans when I've never even seen what a lesson plan looks like, let alone have a book or anything at my disposal.... And writing these lesson plans is just so that I can maybe get the job; nothing is sure yet.

I need addresses for postcards! Especially you, ellirpa. And Kori-monster. And all the rest of you.

And just to make you all jealous:
We saw the new Harry Potter movie before it comes out in the States! :p There are a thousand things I could say about it, but it would be spoilerish of me, wouldn't it? Suffice it to say, the R/Hr shippers will be happy, if no one else is. But the actors are sooo obviously fifteen, not thirteen; I don't think they'll get away with it for another film.

I miss you all! Lots of love being sent from Scotland....
