Oh dear. The Supreme Court decision is gonna come out today. This makes me even more nervous than my paper does. And I can't go to a protest if it's a bad decision. Fuck.

Speaking of the paper (yo, when somebody tells me to shut up about it already, it might actually get done), I came in this morning and the cleaning lady had thrown out ALL OF MY NOTES AND DOCUMENTS. When I asked her, she proceeded to yell at me. It was not a good morning. I didn't yell back, which is good.

Lucy, forgive me. I'm writing a fic that involves Ginny as a love interest. I didn't mean to, it just happened! I think I'm unconsciously trying to redeem her. I want an interesting Ginny!
On the bright side, I probably will never finish it so I'll never make you read it.
On the negative side, I was just starting to get dressed this morning when the plot bunny bit, so I was wearing a bra and socks when Clement's little friends burst into the room. I tried to cover myself with my notebook but then I realized I was using HP slash (cause yes, it turns out it's slashy as well as Ginny-ish) to protect my body from adolescents, and that idea just cracked me up. Serves them right for trying to use my room for sex, the little buggers.

Genevieve has just regaled me with her own personal rendition of "It's a Hard-Knock Life--For You". I dunno, I think she's mocking me.

In the interest of procrastinating (yes, STILL), I have learned how to customize my journal, including the annoying blurry thing that will happen when you leave it. Have gained knowledge on CSS and scoured other cool journals for their source codes so I could figure out how to do different things. In the end, I decided that I didn't really want to make every link fuzzy and backwards, and that I like the "Refried Paper" mode just as much as any other, at least until I get back somewhere where I can upload an image for the background.
Still haven't gotten my links in the right order, but at least they're there. Damn people gave me an extension on my thesis. They really really shouldn't have done that.

Binged a whole lot today. Not so hot. Still head-achey from crying earlier. I wouldn't have cried if the damn lady didn't keep yelling at me! Bitch.
