Rather hope that it's love is marriage instead of marriage is love, considering our divorce rate. I totally agree with legalization of gay marriage, but for legal benefits, not because I think committment ceremonies aren't enough in the show-of-love arena. Seems that same-sex life partners have a much higher success rate of actually being life partners than husband/wife partners.
