*bouncing around, singing happy songs*
Feb. 7th, 2004 08:02 pmSo, I was talking to my dad about going to England this summer, and I said I'm going to try to do it if I have enough money saved. And then out of nowhere comes: "What would you say to a graduation present?" and there's dead silence cause I'm thinking he couldn't possibly have meant that; I just heard him wrong. My father still has the ability to render me completely speachless.
So now that it's sunk in: SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
I had honestly thought my graduation present would be something along the lines of a cookbook, or if I was lucky, the car they're getting rid of that is so old and clunky that it's not worth much more than a cookbook. But instead it's going to be tickets to England!!! My father managed to completely gabber my flaster for the entire evening. :) Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee! [singsong]: I'm going to England, I'm going to England, I'm going to England....
