Very very basic -- I was a cheesemaking virgin only hours ago! Milk and an acid. I used lemon juice, the recipe says vinegar also works. I haven't tasted it yet. It's a soft cheese, I formed it into a log and rolled it in herbs and I'm taking it to a potluck. Hopefully it will be good!
