(no subject)

cshushki and I just got back from the new Harry Potter film. *glee*

It made me happy, and what more can you ask? Yeah, it could have been better. It could also have been a *lot* worse. I think I need to reread the last book, though, cause I don't remember much of it. Also, the rendering of the credits? SO AWESOME. (That's not spoilery, is it?)

Yesterday I called my aunt and uncle in CA, and they told me some close family friends had been trying to get ahold of me (and managed to have both my wrong email and my wrong cell number), so I called them up and lo and behold they were in DC, but only for today, and were leaving at 4:45, and I was supposed to get off work at 3 but I cut out early (it's not like they actually expected me there anyways, it's just that I have too much to finish before I leave for England on Wednesday to be able to not go in), and we sat by the Tidal Basin and then went paddle-boating, which I'd always wanted to do, and now I want to go visit all the people I love in CA and soak up love, and wow that's a really long run-on sentence. Which just ended. Yay.

So that was today. My to-do list is still growing, and it's past midnight, and there are two books I absolutely *must* finish before I leave for England, and I'm getting stressed just thinking about everything I need to do! So I will stop.
