On the way to the library, I spot a "God is pro-life" bumper sticker. I comment that since a bumper sticker says it is so, it must be. My brother: "Then how come we're not immortal?"
Maybe you had to be there.
I should know better by now than to go anywhere near the public library system. I just wanted Lynn Flewelling's last book and to renew "Galileo's Daughter". And yet. I ventured into the children's section. Excuse me, the children's
floor. Holy crap. Lesson plans? What do you mean, lesson plans? I don't have time for no stinkin' lesson plans!
( books! )Maybe I should be a children's librarian. 'Cept I'm not so into reading aloud.
In other news, I finally got ahold of the
Lost pilot. I won't be able to watch it until Friday, though. I trust those of you with television will be squeeing over Dom for me tonight. Meanwhile, I am off to finish
The Bone Doll's Twin and start
Hidden Warrior. Slashy goodness, and it's canon!
