I went to see Lost in La Mancha last night. It was like watching a very long, painful, and slow-motion car wreck. There were some moments of pure brilliance, and of course there was also Johnny Depp, but painful. Really.
Wednesday I saw Charlie's Angels II. I'm not sure why it depressed me, but it did.
I can't find Leslie. This is becoming a problem.
One more week and I'll be home.
In other news, I have managed to fall in love with yet another of my characters. I am no longer in love with Toni, unfortunately, and I don't understand my great and t00by love for Cat, as I wrote Cat as the comic-relief asshole, but there you have it. I'm afraid however that he's falling for Danny, which is a problem since I also wrote Cat as terminally straight and Danny is not interested. But then Danny was not supposed to be interested in Claire, either, and then they went and had sex even though Danny's gay. WHY THE HELL DO ALL MY CHARACTERS KEEP FALLING IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER??? WHY CAN'T THEY JUST BE FRIENDS??? Maybe I should just let them all have group sex and they'll get over it. Only they won't, cause they're "tragic teenagers". Why oh why did I decide to create an entire universe around in which the main characters are still in highschool and not mature enough for me to relate to?
