Jul. 6th, 2003 07:08 pmOh man! This rocks!
Well, you won't get it if you're not both a Harry Potter and a Buffy fan, and haven't seen the musical. I didn't realize that I knew that entire episode almost by heart, but I guess it makes sense. There was that one night we broke into the Science Quad and used the big screen in the room with the evil stadium seating to watch the copy I taped, only the power kept shutting off every fifteen minutes. And then I think we watched it a third time but I don't remember when. Shit. I am such a fangirl. I'm really hoping I won't be able to find the box of tapes with every single episode of Buffy in existence that I left in the attic at school, just so I can avoid the shame. And I could also use the extra room on the bookshelf. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure it's my pillow, rice cooker, bedsheets, clothes, and blue Christmas lights that I'm not going to be able to find, since the evil Campus Security people were really annoyed that I finished packing at 3 am and didn't give me time to label the boxes. And then they were even more annoyed when Michiko and Angel didn't hear me knocking and I had to ask the same evil police dude to let me into the science building so that I could pay the fine. For some odd reason, he seemed to disapprove of students hanging out with pizza at 3 am in the CompSci lab with a shopping cart that had a computer in it. Seemed to think we were stealing computers or something. Can anyone tell I really really miss Smith and my computer? My very own computer with a firewall that actually works and Norton Antivirus that is not a year out of date and enough memory I can actually download P2P files, and now I have to figure out how I can steal another shopping cart so I can get my computer back across campus. Bringing it down the hill from Parsons to Henle's office was hell. I kept thinking "this is it, my computer is going to become a pile of wires and chips before my eyes oh holy SHIT why did I think this was a good idea?" And of course, it being 6 am the day I was to leave that I finally finished getting all the mp3s off the harddrive and into the CompSci lab computers so I could burn CDs to take to France with me, Henle's office was locked up and I'd managed to lock my copy of the key into the Math Dept. computer lab shortly before watching that horrendous movie Slackers that Angel later took back to Blockbusters and pitched a fit about how awful it was until they refunded the rental. Angel cracks me up. She won't tell people where to put it when they piss her off, which I can usually get myself to do, but if the system tries to rip her off she will counterattack and scream bloody murder, whereas I'll usually just simmer and keep my mouth shut.
Anyways, I am rambling and I'm not even drunk, all I can claim is sleep-deprivation, so here's the link: Harry Potter, the Musical
