zana16Daddy dearest guilt-tripped me into not going to China. So I'll be back in S.A. end of July.
Last night I went to a Smith alum's for dinner. It was so relaxing hanging out with anglophiles who don't expect me to know all the nitty-gritty etiquette rules. I have found a sort of freedom here in France that is totally different from the relaxed American brand of social freedom, and I want both. Why can't I have both kinds of freedom in the same place? Will just have to start my own country, I guess. The Floating Fortress idea.
