Strauss would be better if I had several days to devote to it, and spoke German for all those un-translated quotes. Still, he's a fascinating hypocrite to study.
In other news, am still overwhelmed by work.
Got nothing done yesterday except went to Forbes, found a book on tape by my favorite drivel-writer (romance novel), and listened to it. Unfortunately the story was focussing in on a murder scene just as I was getting lost in the rather gloomy woods behind Hospital Hill, looking for the pumpkin patch. Ah, well. No pumpkin. Managed to freak myself out instead. Rather fun, actually.
Helped get Maegan sexy for the dance last night. My room is still littered with red feathers from the boa. Cuddled; 'twas much fun.
Our project on Christophe Clavius is not going so well. The guy does exist, and is referenced, but his book we're supposed to write about does not appear to exist. Except that we have the damn thing. In the original (1581). In Latin.
In other other news, it's been entirely too long since I've gotten any. Damn this having standards thing.

And drivel is very OK. I read much sci-fi drivel this summer. And Orson Scott Card's Shadow series, which was not drivel but still popular. And I still hate Bean, just a little less.
