I've used Hotmail for years. Today, it decided (without asking me) to "upgrade" to Outlook.
I... I don't have words. Outlook is completely unnavigable. This is not an exaggeration: I cannot find a way to navigate to my email other than the latest 10 I've received, or a way to see more than the first 8 letters of the title any email. My folders appear to be gone. Or rather, I can EITHER see my folders OR my email. And there are only 10 emails visible. I can't get to the rest.
It looks completely childish like this: a list of the latest ten emails AND NOTHING ELSE. And I CAN'T GET TO MY EMAIL. I just. I don't understand why anyone would think that this is an improvement.
Update: It seems to be more navigable in Safari. But still missing a lot of its functionality. WHY???
