Jan. 22nd, 2009 08:07 pmSo for my work, I had to get certified in food safety, which involved a two-day class at the Sysco plant up near Baltimore and waaaaaaaay too much information about how everyone regularly ignores health code. Two hundred dollars, sixteen hours and one standardized test later, I vowed never to eat out again.
Then Eric took me to a lovely little vegan cafe near Columbia, so I got over that pretty quick.
Though it did help that the instructor of the food safety class told us she'd done an audit there and they were golden.
