Hiding from God: not a good life plan*
And yet, here I am doing it.
Did I ever tell y'all about the time that I accidentally invoked a goddess, COMPLETELY BY ACCIDENT, and woke up with a stomachache every day for months on end until I figured out what she wanted?
This is why I should know better than to mess around with divinity. But a week ago I saw fit to ask my nebulous concept of the divine for some help over a pretty big hurdle.

Yeah. The divine, not so subtle.
Friday brought me to crisis point, and I'm still sorting that out. Yesterday was mostly a pretty fun break. And today I purposely stayed in bed too late to go to Quaker Meeting, telling myself a fix-it Rosie/Sam/Frodo story that I really need to write one of these days, because divinity is scary and will put me through the wringer, and damn it.
*speaking solely for myself of course; other people's spiritual lives are completely their affair
