For the past month or so, I've been re-listening to the podcasts of The Tobolowsky Files, in order. I remembered that Season 1 wasn't all that great -- fun, entertaining, but not deep -- but I was enjoying Season 2, and then I hit episode 34 and was hit in the face with OH MY GOD. And then, it just keeps getting better. I'm in the low 40s right now and he hit the zenith in about 39/40, but it's still eerily good.

For those who don't know, Stephen Tobolowsky has been a character actor in just about everything; he's 'that bald guy.' He tells these great stories about "life, love, and the entertainment industry," and it's fascinating even if you don't give a crap about Hollywood (I don't). It goes everywhere: religion, marriage, addiction, parenthood, and his recent heart attack. He documents being witness to the early days of the AIDS epidemic, and he talks about what it was like to be a Jewish man playing the head of the Ku Klux Klan. And he talks about being the inspiration for a Talking Heads song. :) I can't recommend this highly enough.
